I like the unexpected. Sometimes things that seem so unlikely when you hear about them seem so right when you actually hear them.

I'm on cloud nine today. I finally got to see Tegan & Sara in concert. Brian and I got there at 6pm. I went to get our will call tickets, and I instructed him to wait in line - just incase the Halo Bar was to capacity. Luckily, it wasn't so, I called Brian. Before we entered the Halo Bar, I wanted to check out the merchandise. I got up the to the table in time to get the demo CD, but they didn't take credit card - CASH ONLY. I've been superbusy with school and my new sideproject, which you might be able to check out soon at my sketchblog. I needed to get back on because I had no idea that this record was around. Tegan and Sara have come a mini-obsession of mine since seeing them in concert at the Zellerbach a little while back. This happens when I see a band in concert. I go back to their discography and start listening to it over and over again until I'm sick of it.

I get to see Tegan and Sara in concert tonight for the first time ever. I'm so freaking giddy right now. I hope to get there an hour and a half before the show. I want a copy of The Con Demos. I downloaded a copy yesterday, but that doesn't count. I want the physical copy! I have my camera all charged up to take photos. I can't wait!
