Well, CDs don't have B-sides anymore... but I'm just old enough to remember having to get up and flip over that LP or Cassette to hear the tracks from the second side. I don't miss the days of flipping, lazy American that I am. But I do miss the whole idea of a second or B-side. Long gone are the days when you could get those really cool unreleased album tracks. Jools Holland (ex - Squeeze) introduces the show Later, which is a ‘must see’ (more like ‘must record’ as it’s a Friday night….) here in the UK. Simple concept; Get bands in and let them play LIVE.
