dharmachris - Is it Over yet?

I love politics. I have been a junkie of it since reading Hunter S. Thompson's "Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail 72", which still ranks to me as one of the best books written about politics ever. I read fivethirthyeight.com daily. I burn out on Huffington Post, CNN, and even have subjected my dear wife to C-Span and PCN, the Pennsylvania gov channel. I have been known to watch our township board meetings on local access. I have to go to school board meetings and need to be aware of same for my job. The favorite course I ever taught was summer school government. I can't wait to pull the lever for Obama on Tuesday. And yes, I will stay up very late until the election is over on Tuesday night.

BUT PLEASE CAN THIS ELECTION JUST GET FINISHED???! Obama has been running for almost two years. If I hear about Joe the Plumber, Tito the Teacher or Mary the Nurse I'm gonna get Bob the Builder to put them in Tommy the Tank and run them off a cliff.

I don't want to hear McCain call me his friend anymore.

I don't want Sarah Palin winking at me anymore.

I don't want to hear Joe talk about Scranton anymore.

We have serious problems that need a smart, serious person to help us fix it.

So on Tuesday, pick two of the folks below.... but pay no mind to the (?) behind the curtain...
