I'm not normally a huge fan of compilations (especially ones of covers only), but this one has a a few of my favorites, so I had to check it out. I'm pretty sure that Matt Pond PA is the only band that could make me like a My Chemical Romance song, so that's pretty successful in my book. My new loves of Jukebox The Ghost also have a track here: Ace of Base "Its A Beautiful Life"!!! Not all the songs are successful, in my opinion. I'm sorry Max Vernon, but I still don't like "I kissed a girl". Any thoughts?

Tainted Love...yummy. Set You Free..surreal (the original one is so AWFUL: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Bcf5kzBCdy4)..Same goes for Toto's travesty, I always hated the original, but this works. Matt Pond PA makes one of the most idiotic songs of the century sound good! Need You Tonight....nice, although too faithful to the original. I can't believe what your Ghosts did to Ace of Base...very well done! I Kissed A Girl...I know I like...and I am not ashamed! Who is Vernon?
