There's something very perverse in taking a squeaky clean child star and in a matter of 5 years turning her into a tarted up nympho just to shill some crappy music she had nothing to do with creatively. I wouldn't want to imagine what it must be like to be a product and not a human being.

I like some parts of the music, but that's it.
Not really digging the song so much,
but with any pop song that is played on the radio enough times, i feel there is a point when you begin to like it, not because you do, but because you heard it enough time and it has enough pop charm to overcome in the end.
by like it, i mean you start to sing along. then a decade later if the song lasts, you and a friend realize you both know the words when it plays over the radio, and you come to the conclusion after a little thought, that maybe you do actually like it
or i might just really like really bad music and am afraid to express such loves

Wow....there goes the entire band....A bit of irony here, but last night I saw on TV that there is only one World War I veteran still alive. I wouldn't have thought that WWI would outlive the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Oh well, the guy could sure play. We'll miss him.
